苺チーズケーキ ~ No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

11:33 PM It was almost 2 years since I last made this No-bake strawberry cheesecake, hence decided to recap my memory once again. On 28 Jun, yet another Saturday again, dearie busy with the National Day Parade, while I head to church to help out banner dept which I have not been and unable to be ther for quite sometime. So right after the help out in church, I took a bus to Orchard Osetan to grab the ingredients ready to make cheesecake but little did I know that I was not able to grab all the required ingredient. =( From Isetan Supermarket while buying, saw りえさん buying some groceries too. Such a concidence isn't? . . .and head to Takashimaya Cold Storage hoping to buy the rest of the ingredients which I did not manage to get them..so purchase of ingredients flow to Sunday after church service head off to Careerfour @ Plaza Singapura. . .And finally managed to grab all ingredients and what are they? Check out the steps of making No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake and ingredients used on both words and pictures below:- No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Preparation time: Approx. 45 minutes + 6 hours chilling Makes 23-cm cake Base Butter ~ 110g, diced Digestive Biscuits ~ 200g, finely crushed Brown Sugar ~ 2 Tbsp, firmly packed Cornflakes ~ 50g, crushed Filing Philidephia Plain Cheese ~ 500g, diced Castor Sugar ~ 100g Lemon Juice ~ 1 Tbsp, strained Powdered Gelatine ~2 Tbsp, dissolved in 100ml hot water Thickened Cream ~ 300ml Fresh Strawberries or Strawberries in can ~1 box/1 can Steps:- Base
