10:24 PM Woke up earlier than usual as I am required to reach church @ 8.30am to make up for mime performance in the church as I serve in Make-up ministry. Its been awhile since we last had mime performance for the Lord. It was a good one, I am bless by it and I hope same for the rest too. Below was the make up done for my spiritual sis:-  After church servive,dearie craved to have Bak Kuh Teh for lunch @ a coffeeshop within walking distance near our church, hence accompany dear to that and while on our way there, saw this Jap restaurant which looks good but wonder it taste good wor? Hope to try it one fine day and shall comment about it after tasting =) Pictures of the food taken below:-   Oh the Bak Kuh Teh was indeed 美味しいですよ, I'm sure Iku-chan will love it, いくちゃん大好きの食べ物は Bak Kuh Teh ですね. Shall bring her there one of these day. After our lunch, we head down to Marina Bay via a bus to check out the K1 Duke Dress up Car Competition on which my ex.colleague, Sharon participate on it. 11:25 PM Woke up early in the morning and left home at 7.30 am and take a bus to my Jap Lesson @ Delfi Orchard. Lesson end @ 12 noon and walk towards to Isetan to meet Iku-chan and her husband, Kentaro. Thereafter we head for lunch @ Outram, by the help of Kentaro car GPS, we manage to arrived at the destination of the frog porridge which has moved from Chinatown to Outram. All of us simply love frog porridge and moreover they make nice frog porridge isn't Iku-chan と けんたろ? 蛙ぞうすいはどう? 美味しいでしょう? After lunch, Iku-chan husband went back to office to work while Iku-chan & myself went walking around Tanjong Pagar and have a tea session @ Tea Chapter and at the same time iku-chan guided me for my Jap homework. 日本語宿題教えてにありがとうね. Below are pictures we had taken :-    Thereafter Iku-chan husband came to pick us and drop me off @ Takashimaya to meet dearie. And finally, I purchase my electronic japanese dictionary @ Kinokuniya which are having a sale price @ SGD 399 which was originally @ SGD 599. Used SGD 170 which are cash sur-plus from my farewell gift from my ex.colleagues. =) I am so glad, I hope to make full use of it lots lots. And later bought Sushi from Isetan back home for dinner. 11:44 PM It's Dear actual birthday on 21 Jul which is a Mon on which is is working late shift. Told my dearie that I have to work late that day but in actual fact, I rushed to Isetan Orchard to get him a birthday cake & intend to cook dinner too. Took a train right after work to town and grab Strawberry Shortcake for him from the bakery shop @ Isetan. Bought ingredients to make Japanese Curry for dinner, it's my first time trying to cook Jap curry and was glad that it turn up to be successful. See pictures taken below :-   I had successfully caught Dearie a surprise by doing the above for him =) Hope he like it and may the Good Lord continue to bless the works of his hand. 11:19 PM Yes, it's my very first D&D in this new organisation and it's happening today. All of us left office @ 5.30pm and proceed to our D&D venue @ Meritus Mandarin Orchard. Took a bus together with Julie & another colleague of mine . .and some pictures taken during Dinner & Dance Event:-      But overall I did not win any lucky draw prizes =( but was a fun time especially the MC, he is so jovious. Its like during the last few lucky draw annoncement, he announce the name " Fu Ling You" in mandarin but not one turn up to collect the prizes and he then later said of course no one la, bcoz its Fooling You mah! 10:11 PM Dearie simply love to eat durians but no no no for me :P My neighbour gave us 2 big durians and dearie was the only one eating it...look at the durians, dearie mentioned it taste good wor :-   Also, happen to snap shot durian picture seen @ Carrefour,so huge isn't? いくちゃん also love to eat durians and dearie mentioned wanted to ask her over to our house to eat durians but I think it was way too far for her to travel from Orchard all the way to my home wor. 11:21 PM Meet up with Iku-chan @ Isetan supermarket to grab some groceries first as Isetan is having storewide 10% for supermarket items hence took this opportunity to grab a few things. And managed to bought the Jap curry with the help of Iku-chan recommendation of the brand, shall try to see if its nice and there are some other items which I had purchased too on which a few of them are as listed on the picture. Thereafter we walk down to Tanglin Shopping center for dinner @ Iku-chan recommendation “Nirai-Kanai Okinawan Japanese Restaurant,” And atmosphere are pretty nice too, so does the food, as usual pictures taken as follows :-    Drinks & Food we had ordered:- 1. 11:42 PM Dearie actual birthday actually falls on 21st Jul but due to I am required to work on 20th July, Sunday, and he is working late shift on his birthday, we can only celebrate in advance. Brought him to Jap Restaurant, Sun with Moon @ Wheelock Place after church service and give my dearie a treat for lunch. And below show pictures of what we had and not only Sun with Moon,we had Cedale for dessert too. It just taste great isn’t Dear?    After our lunch, we head down to the bus stop to take a bus to Novena as we are meeting Mum Marina & Sis Joycelyn @ Kampong Village Fish Spa for a Fish Spa session…it was the first time for all 3 of them and we had great fun time enjoying ourselves indeed. All thanks to sweetie, MeiTin recommendation =)   What’s next after fish spa session feeding the fish with all the deadskin? It’s dinner time and what did we have? It’s Fish & Co, and are you guessing if the fish is from Kampong Village fishes? :p Definitely nononono..Heez. 10:09 AM Was supposed to start my Jap lesson but received sms from the school saying due to fire broke up, electricity in classroom was affected, hence had to postponed lesson to the following Saturday instead. Am looking forward to start my Jap lesson =) I had a good rest at home by myself and later in the afternoon went for Facial which I was supposed to meet up Ikumi to go together but she was down with high fever hence unable to go at the last min, I hope she recover soon. Oh mine, Grace who was the gal who did my facial said that I had an outbreak pimples & acne on my forehead and was quite back =( Not sure if I was too stress up or due to change of working environment, trying to adapt to it? Hope my complexion turns better wor. Head for a short gym session after facial and went to Esplanade to buy Dearie a tin of cookies from The Cookies Museum as advance birthday gift for him too. He choosen "Berry Lite" favor as he likes blueberry taste, but indeed the taste of the cookies was fantastic, with bites of macadamia nut on top of the wild blueberry taste, lovely isn't? 11:42 AM A long planned Waraku Dinner since Feb 08 finally happened =) Infact it was almost cancelled but Thank God last min YiPing's daughter who was sick is much better that day, hence she was able to join us for the dinner but Poor Nicole who was still stucked at work did not manage to join us in the end,hopefully next round she can join us wor. We were all supposed to meet at about 7 pm at Cuppage Branch Waraku Japanese Restauramt but I was stucked at work, only managed to leave office about 8 pm and sweetie Yiling waited for me in office although I had asked her to go ahead without me and I will try to join them later. Our office is just few streets away from one another, Thanks Yiling being patiently waited for me to go together wor,appreciate that =) We took train there and reached Waraku seeing both YuHui & YiPing hungry face :P Sorry both, kept you both long waited and both of their stomach must be making noise wor :P Reaching there taking at look at the menu was stressful to me, so many things but don't know what to order and my mind was still exhausted by work at that point of time. YiPing was teasing me saying order food till frowning away. But still I managed to ordered something for my dinner. 12:35 AM On 8 Jul, Tuesday - Happen to pop down to Isetan Supermarket and saw that my favourite Jap coffee are having promotion. Original price was SGD 10.50 but sale price was SGD 9.20. Worth isn’t? 11:42 PM Left office @ about 7.30 p.m and rush off to Gym. Its been a week that I have not exercise, simply feel so uneasy. And finally managed to go for my gym session today =) Only for a week did not exercise, already feel so breathless for a moment when I ran to speed 12..and slowly slow down the speed and in the end ran for 50 minutes, burnt 375 calories for 7.17km. 11:58 PM Attended Dance & Musical concert @ Esplanade Theatre on 5 Jul, Saturday together with Ikumi San & Rie San & her colleague. Meet up with Rie San for dinner before the concert begin and we had dinner @ Makan Sutra Gluttons Bay right outside of Esplande on which we even managed to see some of the air show performance during national day parade rehearsal. While waiting for Rie San, I went to bought some lovely yummy cookie from "The Cookie Museum" which were intro by my ex.colleague, Sharon, oh those lovely yummy freshly bake cookies which are so tasty and if Lumpy Dom Dom is here with me, I'm sure she will love it too. Perhaps during your return to Singapore, I shall bring you to to try them, its real good!! The favors were so special and this round I bought the "Evening Rose & Almond flakes new favor", smell great & taste great!! I've managed to take some fotos of the air show & others and enclosed below:-   Thank Rie San for the invitation as she has a total of 4 complimentary tickets given to her, hence both Ikumi & myself were invited =) And the best of all was that we were seated @ VIP seats even in the front seats of the Guest of Honor, Dr.Vivian Balakrishnan [Minister for Community Development, Youth & Sports] , reason being Rie San who worked in Japan Embassy, tickets were given to her bosses who then last min unable to attend. I was so glad to be able to attend this concert, which was the very first concert I had attended at Esplanade. The inner view of the theatre was so beautiful and the concert was gorgeous but unfortunately no photography were allow in the theatre, hence no pictures were taken inside. I would say that I truely enjoy the whole performance showing the multi-nation dance and songs, it was indeed an fascinating & remarkable concert! Even right after the concert, VIP attendees were invite for a drink such as beer,wine, cocktail & mocktails & foods were served at the lounge too. Great isn't? コンサートはおもしろかたですよ! And later took some pictures with them and took the last train back home :-   Finally, had a lovely day after resting at home for the past few days as I was sick for awhile. But my poor dearie has no weekend for all these saturday due to weekly parade rehearsal although he did had fun during the rehearsal. Start of my ACCA Lesson

11:11 PM Today is the start of my ACCA lesson. Had ask for permission from my superior to knock off at 6.00 pm instead of 6.30 pm but of course I had to start work half an hour earlier. Else I will not be able to be on time for my lesson which begin @ 6.45 pm @ StarHub Center, and still I have to grab my dinner before my lesson begin too. Had stop lesson for half a year, and so fast honeymoon period os over, got to be back to school now...got to work hard for my studies and pay attention too..hopefully I don't dozz off in lesson wor :P A new start and hopefully I am able to find new classmate which can click and get along well, just in case If I can't turn up for lesson, there is stilll someone there to take notes for me =) I hope so. Overall my lecturer was jovious throughout the lesson, I guess he is trying very hard to keep us all awake? Coz this paper I am taking is about "Corporate Business & Law", its a full theory paper, can be boring somehow, 20 full lessons to go before my exam in Dec. I hope all lesson will be interesting to me =) But one thing about the lecturer is that he said strictly no eating during his lesson =( it's gonna be very rush for me, break time is only 15 minutes inclusive of toilet break which is usually long que..ahhhh..how can that be possible??? Sighhhhhhhhhh!!! Yesterday lesson was all about Singapore Legal System, definition of law, classification of law, development & reception of english law..seems like history lesson to me wor..LOLX!! 19 more lessons to go..and the lecturer said "before we knew it, we have come to the end of the lesson and time to say goodbye!" Quite true actually coz time passes fast. Lesson every Thursday from 6.45 pm to 9.45pm...so no going out with friends wor..friends out there take note of my schedule ya. 1:09 AM On 30 Jun, last day of the month in Jun, was supposed to meet my Jap Friend, いくみ at Tanglin Mall at 6 plus in the evening after I knock off from work. But I was held up at work and left office around 7.30 pm instead :( We planned for Okinawa Jap Cusine but later change our plan and dine @ Roberston Quay instead. She suggested to have dinner at this restaurant name called "Satsuma Shochu Dining Bar". I like the decor of the restaurant and the ambience too, nice & traditional Japanese style restaurant, best of all, nice & delicious food served too! We chatted throughout our dinner, topic mainly on cooking and others too. At the same time I passed her 2 slices of Strawberry Cheesecake for her and her husband and she too had something for me too. She bought me tempura powder, some soup base stuff which can use on many dishes and nice tea leaves too. 11:49 PM Was off from work today as I was sick =( Down with throat infection and wasn't able to sleep well at night as my throat is causing it to be itch and kept coughing away. I was sleeping throughout since last night and woke up at 6 p.m when My dear was back home to bring me to the clinic to see a doctor. This was my first MC throughout the whole year, hasn't been sick, Thank God for keeping me safe and healthy. Its the Lord that preserve me daily. =) Doctor had given me 2 days of MC and will return to work on thursday as the throat infection was bad leading to cough and flu. Oh mine, can imagine the work being pile up when I'm back to office on thursday ....ahhhhhh...Now I am catching flu too..I got to be well soon moreover my ACCA lesson will start on this thursday already..so fast!!
