Almost late catching Shinkansen on Day eight of Japan Trip!!!

7:44 PM Can you believe it??? Both Bi & myself were almost late in catching our Shinkansen train from Hakata which is @ Fukuoka Station to Tokyo. Train were to depart at 10.04 am, we woke up at 9.15am and got a shock to have overslept. I did set my alarm clock actually but as both of us were too tired, we slept through but Thank God Bi woke up and saw the time hence we hurriedly pack our stuff and run from hotel right to Shinkansen station. Just by 2 mins, we may have miss our shinkansen and may not able to return back to Tokyo on 28 Mar.Was such a rush for us..just thankful that we managed to catch the train which is 6 hrs ride back from Fukuoka to Tokyo with a transit at Shin-Osaka station. Safely arrived in Tokyo but confused with so much train lines..which to take and which to go..????? Got to check with staff on & off as we hardly stay in Tokyo hence not so familiar with it. Today in Tokyo with no plans however we managed to figure our way to Tokyo Imperial Palace & Asakusa Nakamise Shopping arcade as well as walk around Sumida River park too. Was a nice day & thanks to Iku-chan for her recommendation =)  And now looking forward to our Hakone trip tomrw & day after =) If u hv facebook, you may view my fotos uploaded thus far =) Labels: Travel ~ 旅行  主の恵みわたしたち有難いです！
