On 21 Oct which is a Wednesday after work, was so excited to head down to meet my long time friends whom I came to know them since working in Shangri-La Hotel time and more than 10 years ago we have not seen one another. Actually Wed was my usual jogging day after work but b'coz my galfriend Evelyn only off day is on Wed, I have no choice but to change my jogging schedule so that I can meet up with my lovely gals as my dear Soo Chin happened to be in town from Sabah Malaysia all the way to Spore to visit her sisters who works here in Singapore. And it meant to be a surprise for her as Evelyn had planned not to let her know & I was the mystery person to her..kind of fun actually and she was so surprised & glad to see me on the actual day when we arranged to meet @ Bugis & head for dinner @ Iluma EbisBoshi Shotengai Japanese Amusement Park Restaurant. So happily chatting away,snapping pictures, feasting on the food & catching up with one another. Was really nice to be able to see them again actually..lots of pictures taken on the day but only extract a few with her & Evelyn as well as Soo Chin husband & daughter too.

Couple Double Date

After planning for some time, finally bestie MeiTin & her hubby & my hubby managed to have a couple date on 18 Oct 2009. *HAHA* It's been a long real time since we had plan for both our husbands to join us for a meal or something. And finally came true...>>>Hee*Hee>>>>!

It was a sunday and after church service, we took a bus and head down to Liang Court to meet them there for lunch since MeiTin had been wanting to bring her hubby to this Japanese Italian Restaurant, Saizeriya for a meal. And there we are landed there for lunch and 4 of us only cost us about S$50 plus. Worth isn't? And here's our pictures taken for the day:-

Ootoya [おおとや] is the first outlet open in Singapore and its origin from Japan Tokyo prefecture. It's consider a casual dining Japanese restaurant and charge at a reasonal price and again, it's introduced by my good friend, いくちゃん. She and her husband usually roam around and hunt for nice Japanese food and then there she will introduce it to me as she knows that I'm a Japanese food lover also at the same time I will recommend it to my friends. First iRUN

I usually run weekly on Wednesday after work but since I couldn't make it this wednesday, I switch it to Tuesday ran instead. And along the run, then realised that it was the weekly iRUN organised by Health Promotional Board and it was such a cool run :) Sweat it out all I can . .and after the run there is 100 plus free for runners to replenished lost fluid in our body. I simply enjoyed & likes this run and hopefully Hee Hee Lin can join me weekly :) Below is map of the route I had completed yesterday(red indicated) which I simply felt so motivated and longing to have more and longer run as I practise along:-

Run @ CBD

On tuesday, sudden thoughts came to my mind to ask EeLin along for a run since she mentioned on my facebook that one fine day we shall run together. And since every Wed is my planned run day, I was so glad that she was so on the ball. She accepted my invite and to her its her virgin run @ CBD area along the street coz she usually only run @ the stadium. Thanks for being on the ball Hee Hee Lin :P

At first there was still thunder in the afternoon but Thank God for great weather thereafter, back to the sunshine day & by evening was quite cooling and it was even windy when we run along clarke quay river. Thank God for answered prayer that enable us to enjoy the run. Wanna thanks her again for making her way from her office all the way from Suntec to my office and left her stuff in my office then we proceed to run. We enjoyed our run & most of all the company too was great! Look forward for the next and more upcoming opportunity too and also to participate in long rn next year such as the AVIVA women run & etc too. Ohooo.. . .getting so excited when come to running :) And found out that we have lots of common likings and into healthy concern range of food intake & others..got new kakis le :)

Great day sweat out!! And we took train together heading back to our individuals home. So when's the next run??? Plan well, eat well,live well & stay healthy is our motto.

Bestie MeiTin & Kang Yang Blissful Wedding Day

Attended my Bestie Wedding Dinner with my Bi @ Expo "福满楼" restaurant yesterday. Finally their Big Day has come after a long run being 8 years together before they officially have their customary wedding yesterday. I'm sure they had long waited for these day to come and both Bi and myself wish both of them have a Blessed Marriage as they play their new role as Husband & Wife. And of course do bear in mind that marriage life together is never a sweet sailing moment, there bound to be ups & down but I do pray that both of you will learn to forbear with one another short comings & love one another despite mistakes, most of all, always share with one another problems & be open to one another in your thoughts sharing whatever happiness or unhappiness, always learn to built a strong marriage foundation so that when problem arises, your marriage bond will remain strong together still.

And here's what we have for both of you:-

Opps! It's again another post dated blog!

Meet up with my bestie, MeiTin after work @ The Central and off to simple Jap meal again with our favourite cakes at Liang Court:) And the main purpose of the meeting up was to pass me er "RED BOMB"..opps...another red bomb..this year lots of my friends got married hence I have plenty red bombs :( Happy for them but all come together this year..so broke..haha! Besides then collecting her red bomb,I pass her her favourite "Shiroi Koibito" cookie which I had asked my colleague to bought it during his Hokkaido trip. And below are pictures taken together:-
