11:18 PM Below pictures were my home-prepared dinner for my hubby & myself. The oyster dashi sauce from Hiroshima was nice! Bought them during a food fair @ Isetan Supermarket, simply awesome! I can use them in many ways. I used the sauce for my Cha soba as well as on my Hiyayako Cold tofu, they taste great! Even my hubby agreed with me. The Cha soba taste great too, purchased them @ Isetan after my Japanese lesson as it was on promotion @ 50% off, usual price was suppose to be S$8 but I only have to pay for S$4. It's Green Tea soba with extract of green tea from Shizuoka city, I can smell the strong green tea when I opened the pack of soba, makes me glad simply because I like green tea.   I wonder why most of the things from Japan are usually nice? Hmm..makes me want to buy them to try & recommended them to my friends too. Labels: Daily ~ 毎日何おします?, Home-made ~ 日本料理  主の恵みわたしたち有難いです！
