今年一月九日、友達と一緒に、家で、クーキをつくりました。
[This year 9th of January, together with my friends, we made some cookies @ my home]

皆初めてシンガポールで、クーキを作ったんので、楽しい方です。
[It was their first experience to made cookies in Singapore hence they were so happy.]

My First Meet up with Yuuko San in 2011

It's been sometime I last met up with Yuuko san since Dec 2010. Was so glad that finally I get to meet up with her after all my busy baking for upcoming CNY. And finally here's our first meet up in 2011 right after my Japanese lesson on Saturday. We had lunch together @ Tokichi Japanese restaurant located @ Isetan Orchard. And below picture showed what I had for lunch, trying out their new item:-

Verdict of the food [食事の論断]: Not too bad but taste too salty, could be better if it's less salty. [

美味しいけとでもちょっと塩っぱいです]

Prata Session & Dessert Session with Japanese Friends

It was a great dinner moment with Erube chan, Mari chan, Yuko chan & Yukiko chan despite it was just a simple dinner near my home area. We had delicious indian food from Jalan Kayu Prata Cafe & their first try of Teh Tarik which is a delicious tea drink, a great combination to go with Prata. Was glad that they liked it & they enjoyed it too. Below were some fun cheerful moments taken @ the Prata place as well as after dinner, dessert session @ Toast Box cafe which was a nice cosy place located near my home:-

My Recent New Baking Items

最近、毎日沢山クーキーを作るので、忙しいだった。
[Lately I had been busy in baking lots of cookies]

でも、楽しいですよ、友達にあげる後、食べたら、私に美味しいですと言いました時。
[But I felt happy as after giving them to my friends, they ate them and told me it was delicious.]

また頑張ると思います。
[That makes me want to even work harder in making delicious cookies.]

Making of Lychee Cupcake & Dinner @ Lau Pa Sau

Hello everyone! Finally,I'm back to my blog after missing for so long!! Gone MIA?Nay~ I was too overwhelmed busy with lots of baking works & had just completed my baking task ~ Yay!!

Being my first blogging for the year, there's gonna be a long post-dated blogging from me! ~ so bear with me ya!

Now start off with trying out my new baking item which is Lychee cupcake! ~ something special & unique isn't? Below were pictures taken of how it looks like ~ does not seem so interesting in the picture but taste was not that bad but definitely room for improvement!

And day after my baking of cupcakes, I arranged to meet up with Mari chan & Yukiko chan to have dinner @ Lau Pa Sat which is Old Festive Food Market. We had great time enjoying Singapore Local Food such as Satays, Xiao Long Bao, Chinese style Rojak & their first try of Teh tarik too! So glad that they enjoyed themselves & the food was awesome! Cheap and delicious!! Below were pictures we had taken together that day:-

And after our dinner, we moved our seats to the satay area to order Teh Tarik for their trying out pleasure and at the same time they tried out my very first time baking of Lychee Cup cake, glad that they liked it & hope to bake more items for them to enjoy next time. Look forward to see them always~fun laughter & jokes too. Great time spent together being our 1st meet up for the year 2011!
