11:14 PM Hello everyone! Finally,I'm back to my blog after missing for so long!! Gone MIA?Nay~ I was too overwhelmed busy with lots of baking works & had just completed my baking task ~ Yay!! Being my first blogging for the year, there's gonna be a long post-dated blogging from me! ~ so bear with me ya! Now start off with trying out my new baking item which is Lychee cupcake! ~ something special & unique isn't? Below were pictures taken of how it looks like ~ does not seem so interesting in the picture but taste was not that bad but definitely room for improvement!  And day after my baking of cupcakes, I arranged to meet up with Mari chan & Yukiko chan to have dinner @ Lau Pa Sat which is Old Festive Food Market. We had great time enjoying Singapore Local Food such as Satays, Xiao Long Bao, Chinese style Rojak & their first try of Teh tarik too! So glad that they enjoyed themselves & the food was awesome! Cheap and delicious!! Below were pictures we had taken together that day:-  And after our dinner, we moved our seats to the satay area to order Teh Tarik for their trying out pleasure and at the same time they tried out my very first time baking of Lychee Cup cake, glad that they liked it & hope to bake more items for them to enjoy next time. Look forward to see them always~fun laughter & jokes too. Great time spent together being our 1st meet up for the year 2011!
