11:29 PM 25 Jun, It was a lesson day for me since it's a Saturday . . .thereafter my Japanese lesson, head down to meet my dear besties to indulge in our feasting @ Goodwood Park Hotel. It's simple women days!! We had nice High Tea @ L'Espresso High Tea but find their charges is too high being the amont of variety given. Hmm...not so worth actually but neverthless, we had a great time chatting away as usual! And also, finally Ping get to meet Meitin for the first time after so long we had tried to arrange outing. 8:26 PM 始めてにこのビーフ・シチューを作りました。 (Being the first time I cooked Japanese Beef Stew.)  日本人の友達、のりこちゃんの家で、始めてにビーフ・シチューを食べたら、この味が好きですから、ちょっと作ってみる。パンと一緒に食べるも美味しいですよ。 (After my first try of Beef Stew @ my Japanese friend, Noriko chan house,I began to love the taste of it and decided to try making it. It taste great with bread too.) でも今回はご飯と一緒に食べる、 美味しいです。 多分日本の食事が好きですかなと思って。。。。全部日本料理は美味しいです~ (^-^)(But this round is to have them with rice, it taste great actually.) (Perhaps bcos I love Japanese meal,so any Japanese meal to me is delicious I think. ) 伊勢丹の北海道フェアで、美味しいミルクプリンを買ってきました。 (During Isetan Hokkaido Fair, I bought a delicious milk pudding) 美味しいかたです、写真も撮りました: (It was so delicous and I even took a picture of it.) 11:26 PM It's been a while I last seen my dear friend, Dom Dom who had been staying & working in Aussie Sydney. And finally here she's back for a short trip catching up with her friends & family,also at the same time her dear friend, Jodie is back with her this round. It's really nice to see both of them again and I really enjoyed myself with them having our lunch @ Nirai Kanai Okinawa Restaurant which is mine & Dom's favourite restaurant too. And so here it is with some pictures taken @ the restaurant:-   After lunch, we walk around @ Mediya Supermarket and followed by Suntec City, after strolling @ Koi pond, we had a coffee break during tea time too and just before we head off for some shopping @ Adidas Shop. And during coffee break, we had a good time chatting away on many things and in the midst of our chat, Jodie who is also known as "polar bear" happened to show me her tatooed polar bear as well as the tiger which was for rememberance of her dearest mummy character just like tiger,... it was quite nicely done isn't? Check the pictures below:-    Then after all our shopping, we took a train down to meet the rest of them whom Dom would like to catch up with. Also being the 1st time Jodie finally able to meet my Bi after they had chatted for sometime @ facebook without meeting each other actually. I guess they had good time chatting away face-to-face this round. We had dinner @ Japanese Pasta shop "Yomenya" so that we could pop over to Level 33 early to catch nice seat for a nice view of MBS. All of us had a great time both at dinner & drinks and of course the company was the best!! Some pictures we had taken together while we had fun:-     We really had a great time with one another and hope that both Jodie & Dom Dom feel the same too. Japanese Lesson & Lunch With Yuuko San

8:37 PM It was a Saturday Japanese lesson day for me and despite lesson is stressful to me but I enjoyed it because it's my favourite Japanese lesson. And being the last lesson of my 1st semester of Pre-advance lesson which is about cooking method and ways of cooking, our teacher took the opportunity to show us making of onigiri and the instructions were given in Japanese whereby we have to follow the steps to a successful making of onigiri which is rice ball in Japanese term. And so here is a picture of the onigiri:-  And after my Japanese lesson, I meet up with my dear friend, Yuuko san for lunch. We had delicious Japanese pasta at Goemon Yomenya which is located at Marina Bay Financial Center. It was simple pasta but the taste was awesome and we love it! 11:48 PM Time flies . .it's been a long while we last met up with Ai Mei when she returned to Singapore. This round she's here for work but nevertheless we still managed to catch up with her over dinner @ Din Tai Feng near her lodging apartment @ Orchard. This time round, she brought along her younger son with her, it was our first time to get to see her boy & by the look at the picture, we estimate that ah boy was at least about 2 years old but to our surprised, it was only 11 mths old.. . . Ai Mei must have been feeding him with lots of good stuff hence such a big baby he is isn't? All of us had a great catch up with one another and of course pictures is a must to have too! 11:25 PM It was a triple couple dinner night out. As arranged with Noriko chan,Yuuko San together with their Husband, we had a lovely dinner @ Otto Ristorate Italian Restaurant located @ Tanjong Pagar Red Dot Museum. Below were pictures of the delicious food we had ordered, 2 different set by the name of "Degustation Menu" & "Gourmet Menu":-  All dishes were so unique and BEST of ALL, they were delicious!! Below are some of the couple shot & group picture we had taken together! Lovely dinner moment indulgence with nice white wine!    It's such a great time spent together! Thank God for such blissful moment spent with my dear friends & we look forward for more of such opportunity in near future! Next . . .shall be a girlies outing . .stay tune! 1st Bintan Trip ~ ビンタン島

12:48 AM It's already half a year in 2011 but I have yet to gone for holiday =( So since Bi have to clear his leave, we decided to dissapear from the Red Dot just for a day and gone to an island we had never been to!! It's Bintan Island at Indonesia and I was glad that I managed to grab staff discount for the accomodation stay @ Nirwana Garden Ressort @$99. So there we go set off to the hot sunny zone and doing something we never done before! Lots of pictures taken and check out below slideshow as complied from both mine & Bi camera:- Nice experience here in Bintan but more than a day will be too boring for me (>_<).
