11:42 PM Left office @ about 7.30 p.m and rush off to Gym. Its been a week that I have not exercise, simply feel so uneasy. And finally managed to go for my gym session today =) Only for a week did not exercise, already feel so breathless for a moment when I ran to speed 12..and slowly slow down the speed and in the end ran for 50 minutes, burnt 375 calories for 7.17km.
