明けましておめでとうございます - Happy New Year 2010!

7:39 PM 皆さん明けましておめでとうございます！ [Wishing everyone a happy new year] 早いですね、 2009年も終わった。 [It's fast isn't? Year 2009 had come to an end] 今2010年です、願望はありますか？ [It's now thw year of 2010, any wishes for the year?] 皆嬉しと幸せと想いが希望です。 [I hope & wish for everyone to be happy.] Being 1st day of the year, which is Japanese new year day, Iku-chan invited both myself & hubby to her house for dinner. We were glad to be able to have a meal with both herself & Kentaro. Although I have to be back to work on 1st day of the year and at 7 am :( but was glad to be able to leave by 2.30pm and meet hubby to walk over to Liang Court have a relax coffee session @ Starbucks to talk about our upcoming trip until the time to walk over to Iku-chan house. We had a good & healthy feast at her home with the following dishes served and their new year dish in the bento box de which is call "Osechi" お節料理【おせちりょうり】- food served during the New Year's Holiday and show case the pictures:-   And below are some stuff Iku-chan bought for us when she went back for her trip to Japan in Dec :-  We had a great time with both her husband & Iku-chan and we had some Japanese Sake & wine and had fun chat till almost midnight.
