11:57 PM 6th Dec 2010 ~ Yeah! Off day after my Marathon Run! Since I'm home, I invited Japanese students, my lively lovely friends to my home for some simple home cooked food and also in celebration of our race completion and to thank these lovely friends of mine for their moral support. Here's picture we had taken together:-  Just some simple home-cooked Japanese food prepared for them. Tonjiru [豚汁] which is known as Miso soup with pork & vegetables Here’s picture of ingredients used & the soup:-  Hiyayako [冷奴] which is know as Cold Tofu Here’s picture of the said item:-  Takikomi Gohan [炊き込みご飯] which is known as Japanese Mixed Rice. Here’s picture of ingredients used:-  Cherry tomatoes & Kyuri[Japanese cucumber] with Yuzu miso Here’s picture of the said item:-   And finally the dessert!
